My Sister’s Husband by Nicola Marsh - Audiobook

This was my first novel by Nicola Marsh and I will definitely pick up another of hers again. It had enough mystery to keep me going, and the main characters were well rounded, shown through first person perspective. I felt for the predicaments each were put in, even the not so pure actions of some of them, understanding how and why they did what they did. Some bits were slightly predictable, but necessary.

I listened to the audio version of this book and I was not a fan of the over exaggerated tones of voice, which tried to mimic the ages, and sexes of the characters. I found that a bit distracting, but others might like the style, it just wasn’t for me.

Overall, a fast paced novel that kept me interested.
